Appointments

We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our physician and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time. If you arrive over 15 minutes past your appointment time, you will be rescheduled for another day to prevent the physician from falling behind and inconveniencing other patients. As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, our staff will call in advance with a reminder of your appointment date and time. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. 

No-Show/Same Day Cancellations

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you please give our office at least 4 hours notice.  For any No Shows or less than 4 hour notice cancellations a $75.00 fee will be charged to the patients account which is non refundable, and will be collected at your next visit. ​

How to Cancel Appointments

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office at 808-593-2155. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message with the specific date and time you are calling. We will return your call as soon as possible.
